Name our bird and win a prize

Last month, we asked our Facebook followers to think up a name for the bird in our logo. He or she (we’re not quite sure) is likely to feature more prominently in and around the website and on our social networks soon, and we thought the right thing to do was to give it a name.
We had some great suggestions, and it was difficult to narrow them down, and although we just intended to pick one we liked, there were three that we couldn’t get out of our heads.

  • Firstly, Lewis Bassett came up with Tweety, the little classical yellow Disney bird.
  • Gill Redmond gave us Feathers McDwarf, a funny twist on the Feathers McGraw character from ‘The Wrong Trousers’.
  • And last, but not least, we had Colin Taylor’s suggestion of Dickie Boyd.

We love them all, but our bird can only have one name.
So, once again, we are leaving it up to you to make the final choice. And we have a nice prize lined up for the winning name.
